Trobes a faltar els vermuts catalans? T’agradaria descobrir-ne de nous? O potser trobes a faltar la cerimònia d’anar a fer el vermut amb els amics el cap de setmana? Sigui com sigui, vine a tastar vermuts artesanals catalans i aprendre sobre aquest producte fascinant de la mà de Cecilie Weisberg! Segur que t’ajudarà a sentir-te una miqueta més a prop de l’estiu 😉

Cecilie Weisberg viu i treballa com a sommelier, professora, viticultora i enòleg a Tarragona, Catalunya. Juntament amb el seu pare, té una nova empresa de microimportació a Dinamarca, De Bon Cep, que se centra en el vermut de qualitat artesanal de Catalunya. El nom, de Bon Cep, descriu la idea bàsica de la seva empresa: l’amor pel bon vi i el producte artesanal.

A l’activitat, la Cecilia ens parlarà de quin tipus de beguda és el vermut i en tastarem 4 exemples exclusius:

• Vermut Caràcter: el primer vermut certificat ecològic de Catalunya. Medalla d’or al millor vermut innovador als Premis Vinari 2024, 2023 i 2022.
• Caràcter Reserva: amb criança en bóta.
• Vermut Aire: fet a mà amb vi de raïm moscatell d’un petit productor de Tarragona.
• Vermut 1917: Vermut sense sucre afegit del productor de vi natural Celler 9+

Detalls pràctics:

📍 Comencem a les 11:00 amb l’explicació i tast guiat amb la Cecilie Weisberg. Hi haurà pica-pica per acompanyar els vermuts.
⚠️ No es permet l’assistència de menors de 18 anys a l’activitat.
💰 Preus:

❗ En cas que tingueu tiquet i no hi pogueu assistir, només es retornaran els diners abans de l’1 de Març (comissió de billetto no inclosa). CatalansDK no retornarà els diners passada aquesta data, però el propietari del tiquet pot vendre’l a un altre interessat, informant del canvi de nom per e-mail a hej@catalans.dk. Si els tiquets estan esgotats, podeu contactar-nos per veure si hi ha gent en llista d’espera que pugui estar interessada en el tiquet.

Do you like Catalan vermouth? Would you like to discover new ones? Or perhaps you would like to experience the feeling of going out for “vermut” with your friends? Be as it may, come to taste artisanal Catalan vermouths and learn about this fascinating product with Cecilie Weisberg! It will sure take you a tiny bit closer to summer 😉

Cecilie Weisberg lives and works as a sommelier, teacher, winegrower and winemaker in Tarragona, Catalonia. Together with her father, she has a new microimport company in Denmark, De Bon Cep, which focuses on quality artisanal vermouth from Catalonia. De Bon Cep means “of good vine” in Catalan, and this is the whole basic idea behind the company: the love for good wine and artisanal product.

During the activity, Cecilia will talk a bit about what drink type vermouth is, and we will taste 4 exclusive examples:

• Vermut Caràcter: the first vermouth certified as organic in Catalonia. Gold medal to the best innovative vermouth at the Vinari prize 2024, 2024 and 2022.
• Caràcter Reserva: with aging in barrel.
• Vermut Aire: handmade with Moscatell grapes from a small producer in Tarragona.
• Vermut 1917: Vermouth without added sugar from the organic wine producer Celler 9+.

Practical details:

📍We start at 11:00 with the explanations and guided tasting with Cecilie Weisberg. There will be some snacks to go with the vermouth.
⚠️ Access to the activity is limited to people above 18 years old. Kids will not be allowed.
💰 Prices:

• Member CatalansDK: 50 dkk
• Non member CatalansDK: 100 dkk

❗If you have a ticket and cannot attend the event, we will only give refunds before 1st March (Billetto fee not included). CatalansDK will not return the money after this date, but the ticket holder can sell it to another person, informing us of the name change by e-mail at hej@catalans.dk. If tickets are sold out, you can contact us to see if we have people in the waiting list.
